This is the Privacy Policy of Jacaranda Capital Limited, the RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company that provides loans through the ReadyRupee platform. It is published here for the information of ReadyRupee customers.

This Privacy Policy describes how Jacaranda Capital Limited collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of visitors to the website and of applicants, borrowers and other customers, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (to the extent in force and applicable), and RBI directions on customer confidentiality and outsourcing.

- Identity and contact data: name, date of birth, photographs, address, phone number, e-mail, and KYC documents / Officially Valid Documents (OVDs).
- Financial data: income details, bank statements, credit bureau reports and scores, and loan and repayment history.

3. How We Use Personal Data
- To assess loan applications, verify identity (KYC), underwrite credit and service loans.

Personal data is processed on the basis of the customer's consent and/or for legitimate purposes connected with the lending relationship and legal compliance. Subject to applicable law, customers may request access to or correction of their personal data, withdraw consent (which may affect our ability to provide services), and seek erasure of data no longer required to be retained.
